You Should Know
Waivers
Please be aware that there is a lake on the property and no life guard is provided. Also, since we are located in a wooded area, keep in mind that small children should be not be left alone. Snakes are rarely seen on campus, but we all know that they exist.
While power outages are rare, they do occur. We are not responsible for any inconvenience a power outage may cause, since we are not in control of electricity. I would suggest you plan for this event and develop a plan of action. We do have a generator that is available, which will operate a few plugs and lights.

Best wedding and party venue! Located on a beautiful wooded property, a short drive from Highway 280, yet secluded enough to have space and privacy to enjoy your special event! There is a beautiful outdoor space to have a ceremony or outdoor event with a custom stone aisle, a lovely and spacious bridal suite and a fun area for a groom and groomsmen to get ready upstairs. The stage is amazing, and there is plenty of space for dining and dancing the night away! Every detail of this beautiful barn and property was thoughtfully created to host your special big day! We are thankful to have visited the property on multiple occasions and can’t wait to host a gathering there in 2023!
